Strategic Planning

  • Support the development, review, and improvement of the Chamber’s strategic plan in alignment with its vision and goals.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives with clear accountability.
  • Design and implement strategic projects that support performance management goals.
  • Lead strategic planning workshops to ensure cross-departmental coordination.
  • Ensure alignment of all initiatives with the Chamber’s overall strategy and leadership direction.

Performance Management & KPIs

  • Review and validate key performance indicator (KPI) results to ensure their accuracy and reliability.
  • Analyze performance indicators to assess the achievement of strategic objectives and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive periodic performance reports to the direct manager, including results, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Review and update performance indicators to align with changing priorities and emerging trends at Dubai Chambers.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure integrated and effective implementation of initiatives and projects related to performance indicators.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing processes and proposing development initiatives that enhance institutional performance.

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer, Strategy, Management, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or performance management, preferably in public institutions
