Strategic Planning
- Support the development, review, and improvement of the Chamber’s strategic plan in alignment with its vision and goals.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives with clear accountability.
- Design and implement strategic projects that support performance management goals.
- Lead strategic planning workshops to ensure cross-departmental coordination.
- Ensure alignment of all initiatives with the Chamber’s overall strategy and leadership direction.
Performance Management & KPIs
- Review and validate key performance indicator (KPI) results to ensure their accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze performance indicators to assess the achievement of strategic objectives and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive periodic performance reports to the direct manager, including results, challenges, and recommendations.
- Review and update performance indicators to align with changing priorities and emerging trends at Dubai Chambers.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure integrated and effective implementation of initiatives and projects related to performance indicators.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing processes and proposing development initiatives that enhance institutional performance.

Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer, Strategy, Management, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or performance management, preferably in public institutions
