Job Purpose:
The job role holder will be responsible in design, development, and execution of new DCDE initiatives / programs under acceleration unit and their relative value-added services, to ensure end-to-end execution cycle activities and carried out in a successful manner, and in line with Chamber and Dubai Government strategic objectives and guidelines.

Key Accountabilities:
Business Generations
- Handle the identification, design, and development of new DCDE programs and their relative value-added services, to effectively attract and relocate successful tech businesses to Dubai to enhance Dubai’s position as a hub for digital companies.
- Manage DCDE programs and ensure achieving targets within identified timeline.
- Develop plans and analyses for DCDE related projects
- Handle and maintain a pipeline of tech businesses interested in relocating to Dubai and track their conversion.
- Receive all requests of webinars/visits/programs from Dubai Chamber international offices related to attracting tech businesses to Dubai.
Communication, Stakeholder, and Event Management
- Handle and maintain all types of communication with concerned members and stakeholders of the DCDE initiatives / programs, to deliver key messages in a consistent and integrated manner for the achievement of desired impact / objectives, and to ensure adherence to communication plans, standards, and guidelines.
- Maintain relationships with key international stakeholders and entities from within related industries to ensure smooth execution of existing initiatives / programs, and nurturing of mutual benefits.
- Lead the planning, organization, and management of events (including awareness campaigns, knowledge sharing workshops, networking platforms, initiative/program specific event, etc.), participating and representing the Chamber as necessary, to promote the Chamber’s offerings and support the successful execution of their relative cycle / processes.

Information Security
- Adherence to the information security policies/processes/program and for reporting any security breaches or incidents to the direct management.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of departmental systems, policies, processes, and practices considering ‘international leading practices’ to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Provide critical input to support the development of department’s systems, policies, processes, and procedures to meet business requirements.
- Ensure team members comply with all department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Quality, Health, Security, Safety and Environment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant quality, health, safety, security and environmental procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety and delivery of high-quality services.
Reporting
- Prepare relative reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet the departmental requirements, policies, and standards.
Others
- Other relevant tasks of the job purpose when, and if required

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Business or relevant field
Minimum Experience and Skills
- 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in digital industries
- Working knowledge of local and regional digital business environment
- Excellent knowledge in MS applications
- High command of English (spoken and written) and Arabic is preferable
