Job Purpose
To support the Regional Director in driving investment attraction and international expansion initiatives across Europe and the Americas, contributing to Dubai’s economic growth and global competitiveness. The role supports end-to-end investment facilitation, strategic account management, market intelligence development, and cross-stakeholder coordination to enable high-value company establishment and international expansion.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic & Investment-Focused Accountabilities
- Support development of sector-specific investment pipelines (priority industries).
- Contribute to market intelligence reports, opportunity mapping, and investor insights.
- Track investment impact metrics (jobs created, capital inflow, regional diversification).
- Support preparation of investment cases, value propositions, and pitch materials.
Operational and Strategic Support
- Assist the Regional Director in managing daily operations and follow-up on leads generated, key initiatives and projects.
- Maintain the attraction opportunities data base pool - ensuring optimization of all relevant information via the assigned systems.
- Support Regional Director in business attraction/expansion pre-screening, and co-attend meetings as and when necessary.
- Maintain the assigned expansion opportunities database pool - ensuring optimization of all information relevant to the assigned Dubai based companies.
- Follow up with the Chambers business supporting functions for new requests, data extraction, and other assigned matters.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to support decision-making processes.
Account Management (Attraction/Expansion)
- Support companies establishing their operations in Dubai, from license issuance to other basic business set up requirement.
- Assist Dubai-based companies in expanding their products, services, and investments globally.
- Attend Dubai based events, exhibitions, and forums to identify attraction opportunities, expansion partners and client data base enhancement.
- Act as the point of contact to handle companies’ and individual business visits to facilitating meetings with Dubai ecosystem players (regulators, SOEs, private companies, etc.)
- Actively manage a portfolio of strategic accounts (investors / expanding companies).
- Support aftercare services to retain and scale investments in Dubai.
- Coordinate with international offices and Dubai stakeholders for end-to-end investor journey management.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field
Minimum Experience and Skills
- 4- 6 years of progressive experience in a relevant field
- Hands on experience in client relationship management and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Experience with client relationship management and PR
- Experience in investment promotion, economic development, trade, or international business advisory.
- Exposure to Europe and/or the Americas markets (commercial, regulatory, or cultural).
- Experience working with government entities, investors, or multinational companies.
